Cancellation policy

Cancellation within 12 hours
Orders cancelled within 12 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund with no fees.

Items not yet stocked in the warehouse
If you request a cancellation after 12 hours, a late cancellation fee will apply. In this case, you will receive a 60% refund of the total purchase amount.

Customized orders
Orders that have already entered production cannot be cancelled. Production typically begins within 24 hours of order confirmation. Likewise, orders shipped from overseas warehouses are usually processed within 24 hours. Therefore, orders exceeding 24 hours are generally not eligible for cancellation.

Items already in the warehouse
For stocked items, cancellation requests made after 12 hours will receive a 70% refund of the total purchase amount. If you have already received a shipping notification, please refuse delivery to proceed with the refund.

Shipping delays
If delivery is significantly delayed due to shipping carrier issues (more than 30 days beyond the estimated delivery date), and you choose to cancel your order, compensation will be shared between our store and the shipping company. The compensation amount is typically up to 20% of the total order value.

Why Do We Charge Cancellation Fees?

We understand that cancellations may occasionally be necessary. However, cancellation fees are applied to cover costs already incurred during order processing. These may include:

  • Transaction Fees – Payment providers charge non-refundable processing fees for each transaction.
  • Custom Order Materials – For customized items, materials are sourced and production begins shortly after confirmation. These costs cannot be recovered once production starts.
  • Packaging Costs (In-Stock Items) – Orders that have already been prepared for shipment incur packaging expenses that are non-refundable.
  • Shipping Fees – Once an order has been shipped, shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping, if applicable, is the customer’s responsibility.

As a premium service provider, fees are applied based on the stage of your order at the time of cancellation. This allows us to operate efficiently while continuing to deliver high-quality products and service.
